Dina ElBadry

Founder & Lead Enneagram Teacher | The Enneagram Academy

Dina ElBadry is the founder and Lead Enneagram Teacher at The Enneagram Academy in Egypt. She is an IEA-accredited Enneagram Professional, recognized by the International Enneagram Association for meeting its professional standards in Enneagram education and practice. She is also a Certified Family and Systemic Constellations Practitioner and Facilitator.

Previously, Dina served as an official teacher at Chestnut Paes Enneagram Academy, where she taught both foundational and advanced Enneagram courses. She also held the position of Head Mentor for the Academy’s Personal Mastery Program, guiding students through an intensive journey of psychological exploration, personal transformation, and spiritual development.

Beyond teaching the Enneagram, Dina has extensive experience facilitating deep psychological and spiritual inner work, guiding individuals and groups through transformative processes that integrate self-inquiry, somatic awareness, meditation, and experiential practices. Her work creates opportunities for participants to explore unconscious patterns, engage with deeply rooted emotional and instinctual conditioning, and cultivate greater presence and self-awareness.

Dina’s approach is deeply rooted in the psychological and spiritual dimensions of the Enneagram, integrating the wisdom of the Gurdjieffian Fourth Way, Sufi inner work traditions, and systemic constellations. Drawing on these complementary frameworks, she explores the relationship between personality, Essence, and the different levels of human consciousness, bridging psychological understanding with direct, embodied spiritual experience.

At the heart of her teaching is the understanding that the Enneagram is not merely a system for understanding personality, but a pathway toward awakening. Through her courses, retreats, meditations, and experiential programs, Dina invites participants to move beyond the limitations of habitual patterns, deepen their connection with Essence, and explore higher levels of awareness and being.
